Adverse Effect: decreased contraceptive effectiveness Clinical Management: During concurrent use of ampicillin and Ethinyloestradiol , an additional form of birth control should be used.
Betamethasone
Adverse Effect: increased Betamethasone effects Clinical Management: Patients should be monitored for increased Betamethasone effects andthe Ethinyloestradiol dose may have to be reduced.
Carbamazepine
Adverse Effect: decreased contraceptive effectiveness Clinical Management: In some women the use of higher estrogen content in the contraceptive may be sufficient; however, use of alternate methods of birth control may be necessary.
Carbenicillin
Adverse Effect: decreased contraceptive effectiveness Clinical Management: During concurrent use of penicillin and Ethinyloestradiol , an additional form of birth control should be used.
Cloxacillin

Adverse Effect: Co-administration causes drastic reduction in the Conc of hormonal contraceptives and makes it less effective. Clinical Management: Avoid the combination as far as possible.
