| PARKINSONS DISEASE: Week 1: 1.25mg HS, Week 2: 2.5mg HS, Week 3: 2.5mg bid, Week 4: 2.5mg tid. Then increase by 2.5mg every 3-14 days as required. Usual maintenance dose of 10-40mg/day. All doses taken with food. Max. dose is 100mg/day.
ACROMEGALY:1.25-2.5mg/day HS. Additional 1.25-2.5mg may be added every 3-14 days till therapeutic benefit attained. Usual therapeutic dose is 20-30mg/day.
CUSHINGS SYNDROME: 1.25 to 2.5mg bid or qid
HEPATIC ENCEPHALOPATHY: 1.25mg/day oral increased by 1.25mg every 3 days until 15mg/day is reached.
