Adverse Effect: Concomitant administration results in decreasing the efficacy of Bromocriptine      Clinical Management: Avoid the concomitant use if possible. 
Cyclosporin 
Adverse Effect: Increases Cyclosporine concentrations      Clinical Management: Monitor Cyclosporine concentrations and adjust the dosage accordingly. 
Promethazine 
Adverse Effect: Co-administration results in decrease in the efficacy of Bromocriptine       Clinical Management: Monitor for therapeutic effects and adjust the dose accordingly. 
Thioridazine 
Adverse Effect: decreased bromocriptine effectiveness      Clinical Management: Because bromocriptine and thioridazine have opposite effects on dopamine receptors, the concurrent use of these two drugs is illogical. Alternative therapy to either drug should be considered  |
